Your personal data can be processed and collected in physical or virtual environments, face-to-face or remotely, verbally or in writing or electronically; from the Yetim Ehli Association website and mobile applications, from persons who share their personal data for purposes such as establishing a commercial relationship, applying for a job, submitting an offer; and indirectly from different channels such as (micro) websites used for purposes such as websites, blogs, competitions, surveys, games, campaigns, and social media.

Your personal data collected through any of the aforementioned methods, processed in Turkey or stored outside Turkey, can be transferred to service providers located abroad (in countries accredited by the Personal Data Protection Board and having sufficient protection for personal data protection) within the scope of KVKK and in accordance with the contractual purposes.

Our business partners with whom we cooperate and/or receive services, for the purpose of offering and promoting our products and services; to authorized authorities who will determine your location in case of an emergency call; to official institutions such as regulatory and supervisory authorities, courts and enforcement directorates, and other public institutions or organizations authorized to request your personal data; to legal entities with commercial relations with the Yetim Ehli Association and having your phone number; in cases where it is deemed necessary.
The Yetim Ehli Association is obliged to take software measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction logging, access management, and physical security measures to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure their safekeeping, as per Article 12 of KVKK. In the event that it is learned that personal data has been obtained by others through unlawful means, this situation will be immediately reported to the Personal Data Protection Board in writing and in accordance with the legal regulations.
In accordance with Article 4 of KVKK, the Yetim Ehli Association has an obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, our members need to share accurate and up-to-date data or update it through the website/mobile application in order for the Yetim Ehli Association to fulfill its legal obligations.

The Yetim Ehli Association can provide a positive/negative response to the submitted requests, with justification and within 30 days, in written or digital form. The processing of requests is generally free of charge. However, if the transactions require a cost, the Yetim Ehli Association reserves the right to request a fee. These fees are determined based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
By sharing your personal data on our web page, applications and other relevant channels, you accept our Personal Data Policy and the terms regarding processing, processing methods, data transfer, sale and other relevant matters included in our policy.
