Please read this page before making your donation. All terms, your rights, and principles of use regarding the donation process are explained below.
Yetim Ehli Association operates at the address: Ahmet Yesevi Mah. Açıksu Cad. 2260 Sok. No:1/3 Haliliye/Şanlıurfa. In accordance with the Fundraising Law No. 2860, it holds fundraising permission granted by the Ministry of Interior's Approval dated May 21, 2025, numbered 189728, and is regularly audited by the Ministry of Interior General Directorate of Relations with Civil Society. You can make your donation via credit/debit card (with 3D Secure assurance), bank transfer/EFT to our official account numbers, international SWIFT/IBAN transfer, or as a regular donation through monthly or annual automatic instructions. Your card details are never stored in our systems; our payment infrastructure is managed by PCI-DSS compliant, licensed payment institutions. If you wish to cancel a regular donation instruction, it is sufficient to notify us in writing at least 3 business days before the payment date.
Your donation is utilized within the scope of your selected project (food aid, water well, orphan sponsorship, etc.) or in general humanitarian aid activities. Following your donation, a thank-you notification is sent via SMS. Annual financial reports are shared with the public on our website.
This transaction is a voluntary donation, not a commercial sale. Therefore, the right of withdrawal under the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection does not apply to donations. In accordance with the Turkish Civil Code, a donation can only be revoked if the donor falls into poverty after the donation or if the donee commits a serious crime against the donor or their relatives. Except for these situations, a refund of completed donations cannot be requested. Refunds are only processed within 10 business days following an investigation for over-collections caused by technical errors or double payments.
Our Association is the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The information we collect during the donation process (name-surname, contact information, payment details) is used only for managing the donation process, issuing receipts, fulfilling legal obligations, maintaining financial records, and—provided you have given explicit consent—for campaign and project notifications. Your personal data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes; legal requests from authorized public institutions are exempt from this rule.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to access, correct, delete your personal data, and object to decisions based on automated processing. To exercise these rights, you can apply in writing to info@yetimehli.org.tr or review the KVKK Clarification Text on our website.
